About Raz…
I started this business for one simple reason: technology should make life easier—not more frustrating.
After 30+ years working in IT, including 25 years at one of the largest financial institutions in the US and the world, I’ve seen just about everything—from large-scale corporate systems to everyday tech struggles at home.
And here’s the truth: Most tech problems aren’t actually that complicated… they just feel that way when no one explains them clearly.
That’s where I come in. My background is rooted in enterprise IT—systems, infrastructure, troubleshooting, and making things work reliably at scale. But what really sets me apart isn’t just experience—it’s curiosity.
I’ve always been the person who: takes things apart to understand how they work, figures things out by just poking around, without needing a manual, and stays up to date (because I want to, not because I have to)
Over the years, that curiosity expanded into… basically anything with a circuit or a screen, hardware & software (both old and new), networking and security, smart home & the “Internet of Things” (IoT), solar energy, electric vehicles, AI… and any other cutting-edge technology.
